Resource Recovery Management is the process of reclaiming and enhancing the value of assets, which are redundant, dysfunctional, environmentally impaired, and/or surplus real estate asset. The range of assets, which fall within Trisan’s scope of operations, extend from contaminated land and/or deteriorating structures, to inefficient and under utilized building and/or facilities. Valued Added Management is the process of recognizing the reasons why certain real estate assets are dysfunctional and/or under utilized; and rationalize an effective strategy to bring the asset to its highest and best use.
