Environmental Characteristics
As a general statement, Trisan reviews sites impacted by historic industrial
land use on a case-by-case basis. We have developed a specific process designed
to manage the risk associated acquiring sites with known or suspected environmental
impacts. While we are open to reviewing a wide range of propertie, in many
cases, Trisan will not proceed with acquiring such properties unless there
is a valid economic basis for redevelopment.
